If you have a business in Canberra or are thinking about starting one, the Access Canberra Business Assist Team can help you. We're here to assist with understanding the permits, licenses, and approvals you might need to start or grow your business.
We work closely with Access Canberra’s licensing and regulatory areas and other ACT Government teams to connect you with the right resources.
We can provide free tailored support for:
- fixed-premises businesses
- mobile businesses
- home-based businesses
- online businesses.
How to get support
- Email us at ACBusinessTeam@act.gov.au.
- Call the team Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm on 02 6205 4400.
- Complete and submit our online enquiry form.
Meet us in person
- Schedule an in-person meeting by calling 02 6205 4400 during business hours.
- Visit our drop-in service on a Thursday from 10 am to 11 am at the Woden Service Centre, Level 3, 21 Bowes Street, Woden.
- Or, if you have an existing commercial business premises, we can also arrange a site visit.
