You can use your ACT Digital Account to communicate with ACT Government about a range of services and make transactions.

Access Canberra services

An ACT Digital Account can help you use Access Canberra services to:

  • Contact us to provide feedback or make a complaint
  • Fix an issue on your street

Why create an account

An ACT Digital Account can also help you:

  • Register for the Automatic Mutual Recognition (AMR) Scheme so you can use your interstate licence or registration to work in the ACT.
  • Access the Diversity Register to prepare or apply for board or leadership roles.
  • Apply for Rental Bond Help to pay bond if you're on a low or moderate income and want to rent.
  • Transfer a fine (infringement) if another person was using your vehicle.
  • Complete a Working with Vulnerable People check (WWVP)

You do not need to create an account to conduct other ACT Government transactions.

Using ACT Digital Account

The ACT Digital Account is a browser-based application. This means that you need to use the ACT Digital Account on your phone, tablet or computer browser. There is not app to download.

To use ACT Digital Account, you will need to use a recent browser version of either:

  • Apple Safari
  • Google Chrome
  • Microsoft Edge

How to create an account

To create an ACT Digital Account you’ll need to provide your:

  • first name
  • last name
  • email address.

Creating an account is quick and easy. You can create an account on the ACT Digital Account login page.

Your ACT Digital Account is only for you. For security and privacy reasons keep your password and other account details private.
