Search for security interests in personal property
The Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR) is the official register for debts or obligations that have been secured using personal property. Personal property may include:
- crops and livestock
- machinery
- office equipment
- vehicles.

Pre-2012 register
The PPSR launched on 30 January 2012 and replaced state-based registers.
Older property and security interests registered before 27 January 2012 may be captured on the ACT register of security interests.
To search the register:
- Complete the Application to search or copy a deed form.
- The fees are:
- $14.00 for a search of an instrument
- $21.00 for a copy of an instrument.
