Architect registration
To legally advertise your services and call yourself an architect in the ACT you need a registration. You must register under the Architects Act 2004 and meet all the eligibility requirements.

If you are a registered architect in another state or territory, you may be eligible to work in the ACT under the Automatic Mutual Recognition Scheme.
