Limited service hours
Weekends and ACT public holidays: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

During limited service hours, the Contact Centre only handles calls about urgent public safety issues. Examples include road maintenance, fallen trees, dog attacks, injured wildlife or environmental harm.

Services not available during limited service hours include building licences, security licences, Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP). If you need help with these services, call Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm.

If you've checked and you can't do your transaction online, there will be an option to complete it by calling us or by visiting a walk in service centre.
