You must make an appointment to visit one of our specialised service centres. You do not need to make an appointment to visit one of our walk-in centres.

We recommend you check wait times before you visit us.

Appointment reminders

You will get an SMS or email reminder with your booking ID 24 hours before your appointment.

If you don’t receive an email or text to confirm your appointment or if you have issues booking through the system, please call us.

Cancel or change an appointment

You can cancel or change your appointment online by selecting manage or change your appointments below.

When you arrive at a Service Centre for your appointment

When you arrive, you need to check-in for your appointment.

Enter your booking ID (refer confirmation email/text) or mobile number into the Kiosk located in the foyer to check-in.
