To visit the Hume Motor Vehicle Inspection Station you must make an appointment before coming in. You will not be served without an appointment.

Tuesday - 8am to 4pm
Wednesday - 8am to 4pm
Thursday - 8am to 4pm (4pm to 7.30pm for after-hours inspections for Heavy Vehicles, Modified vehicles and vehicles requiring a basic identity inspection only)
Friday - 8am to 4pm
Saturday - Closed

How to book an inspection
If you need a motor vehicle inspection, you can't book this online. You must book your inspection by calling 13 22 81 or by visiting an Access Canberra Service Centre. The Inspection Station doesn’t accept walk-ins.
