To visit the Hume Motor Vehicle Inspection Station you must make an appointment before coming in. You will not be served without an appointment.

Monday - 8am to 4pm
Tuesday - 8am to 4pm
Wednesday - 8am to 4pm
Thursday - 8am to 4pm (4pm to 7.30pm for after-hours inspections for Heavy Vehicles, Modified vehicles and vehicles requiring a basic identity inspection only)
Friday - 8am to 4pm
Saturday - Closed
Sunday - Closed

How to book an inspection
You must book your inspection by calling 13 22 81 or visiting an Access Canberra Service Centre. The Inspection Station doesn’t accept walk-ins.
