How we can help
Most Access Canberra transactions can be completed online. You only need to visit one of our general walk in service centres if your transaction requires a photo. For example, making an application for:
- driver's licences
- proof of identity documents
- working with vulnerable people cards
- new numberplates for new registrations, transfer of registrations or custom plates.
If your transaction doesn't involve any of the above, check Contact us for links to common transactions you can do online.
Our specialised and appointment only centres offer the following services:
- Land Title Service (Dickson)
- Land, Planning and Building Service (Mitchell)
- Food Business Licence Service (Holder)
- Motor Vehicle Inspections (Hume).
They don't offer a general transactions service (drivers licence or working with vulnerable people cards) apart from Dickson, who offer limited general transaction services.
